Dear 2020 Batch postgraduates,

Here are some important points on Mid-term examination:

1.The mid-term examination of Graduate Degree Theses is scheduled in the last week of January 2022.

2. Every students fills out the“Mid-term review report of degree thesis”which is attached and send the soft copy to email address:luorong@ctgu.edu.cn by Jan.20.2022

3. The examination is conducted in the form of defense, the time for each student to report papers is not less than 10 minutes; the time for answering questions is 10-15 minutes;

4. The results of mid-term inspection and evaluation are“Qualified”or“Unqualified”. Those who pass the mid-term examination will continue to do the research and writing according to the opinions of the evaluation group. Those who do not pass the mid-term examination should ask their supervisors to adjust the plan as soon as possible in accordance with the rectification suggestions put forward by the inspection team.
