Evaluation Event in 2021

To international students:

In order to promote the construction of international students dormitory culture, optimize the living environment of students, cultivate good hygiene, promote internal unity, harmonious, healthy development of dormitory, make dormitory an important place of mutual learning, mutual motivation and mutual support. We specially organize the Progressive Dormitory Evaluation Event of international students in 2021.The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

2.Requirements

* Progressive Dormitory

The quota of Progressive Dormitory for International Students" shall be generated in proportion to the number of overseas students in each college, and each college shall formulate evaluation standards according to its own actual situation.On the basis of the selection of the college-level Progressive Dormitory, from which each college will elect the school-level Progressive Dormitory according to the quota.Before Nov.30^th, the school-level progressive dormitory Evaluation Application Form (Chinese and English), dormitory member photos and dormitory photos(2 pieces) will be submitted to the College of International Communication.

If the dormitory is found to violate the regulations of the Apartment Management, it will be disqualified from evaluation.

* Un-progressive Dormitory

In order to crack down on the dirty, messy situation in the dormitories, the college will, in principle, need to evaluate at least one un-progressive dormitory, and submit the basic information to the College of International Communication before November 30^th.

The un-pregressive dormitory should rectify from Nov.30^thto Dec.5^th.Before Dec.6^th,there would be a random check, if the dormitory is still in mess, it would be marked as "Annual Worst Dormitory", and the members of which would be posted in apartment, also unqualified to apply any other award evaluation in whole 2021 semester.

3.Reward

The school will award Certificates of Honor and prizes to the school-level "Progressive Dormitory" and its members.

4.Quota

The College of Law and Public Administration will have two promotion places.

1.Hygiene Evaluation (50 points)

1. Garbage and hair on the ground (-2)

2. Table and chairs are not placed according to the standard (-2)

3. Ground ground (-2)

4. Shoes are not placed on proper place and not placed neatly (-2)

5. Books that are not placed on the shelves or tables are not neatly placed, things are disorderly, and the content of the books is not conducive to study (-4)

6. The garbage can is full (-2)

7. Garbage was left out at the door (-2)

8. The items on the washing table are messy, and the washing table is not clean (with toothpaste stains, yellow stains, etc.) (-4)

9. The pool of the washing table has water stains (-2)

(Note: if the hygiene score is less than 25 points, the evaluation shall be cancelled)

2.Decoration Evaluation (50 points)

Decoration Requirements: beautiful and generous, fresh and tidy, novel-design, the overall effect should be good.

1. Reasonable dormitory decoration and appropriate color collocation (+15)

2. The dormitory decoration is novel and distinctive (+15)

3. Creative design (+10)

4. Youth and vitality, full of cultural atmosphere (+10)
