Dear 2021 Batch postgraduates,

Here are some important points on the opening report review meeting:

1.The opening report review meeting of Graduate Degree Theses is scheduled on 27^th October 2022.

2. Every student fills out the“Opening report for graduate students”which is attached and send the soft copy to email address:djl@ctgu.edu.cn by 20^th October 2022.

3. The review meeting is conducted in the form of defense in online video conference (the Tencent Meeting link will be sent to you by 21^stOctober). The time for each student to introduce the report with PowerPointis not less than 10 minutes; the time for answering questions is 10-15 minutes;

4. The results of opening report review meeting and evaluation are“Qualified”or“Unqualified”. Those who pass the review will do the research and writing in the selected topic according to the opinions of the evaluation group. Those who do not pass the review should ask their supervisors to adjust the plan as soon as possible in accordance with the rectification suggestions put forward by the evaluation group.

5. Every studentsends the slides of the PowerPoint Presentation to djl@ctgu.edu.cn by 25^th October 2022.
